Epoch Developments, a Denver based developer, approached Valaroza in 2019 to assist with marketing the OnDelaware neighborhood. Delaware street is home to a number of both commercial and residential properties owned by Epoch. Valaroza provided full-service design and marketing services which consisted of branding, website redesign, social media marketing and more.
Creating a unique visual system and strategy.
Following in the footsteps of some of Kansas City’s most well-known entertainment districts – such as the Crossroads Art District or Midtown’s 39th Street – Epoch’s goal was to create a memorable and desirable brand focused around their development efforts in the River Market.
Showcasing the neighborhood to potential visitors and residents.
With Epoch owning a collection of lofts and commercial spaces within the neighborhood, there became a major need for a centralized, Google-friendly place to preview the neighborhood to interested visitors, as well as demonstrate the appeal of OnDelaware to potential loft renters.
A reimagined approach with a focused intent.
Previously, OnDelaware’s social channels had followed a “content for the sake of content” approach. With our primary goals of A) generating buzz and B) recruit residents, the social identity had been adjusted to focus more on the entertainment aspects of the neighborhood, as well as available properties.
